Hi, I just discovered your podcast.
What's good: The interviews. Great to hear about leading people in their field and very inspirational.
The bad: Why the idle, pointless chit chat at the start? Why the ANNOYING music? For most people these days it's all about getting the content they want when they want. I don't want to waste time listening to stuff I'm not interested in and I don't want my ears blasted with American music I don't care for. I want to listen to the interviews. Having the other stuff makes not want to bother.

2. Neither chit chat nor music are pointless.
3. Just sit back and relax... let us do the entertaining. But, if you're in such a hurry that you can't slow down and enjoy something for a minute or two, then maybe you shouldn't bother.

What's good? All of it. The interviews are inspiring and I always feel like I've learned something. The music is awesome (as an aside, I think you should post the playlists!). And the idle chit chat makes me laugh.
Podcasts that are all business and no fun, and that don't "waste time", like the kind dude in the first comment wants, get boring real quick, even if they have the "content I want". If all I'm after is content I can get it from countless books and websites. If I'm going to listen to an hour of talking it's gotta have character. CreativeXpert has tons of character.
